We had a good time at the museum overall, and maybe I’m just overthinking it, but the seating situation felt a little lacking.

We had kids with us, so after a while everyone was ready for a break. There were benches here and there, but they always seemed to be full or not really near the busier spots where we actually needed them. I kept wondering if we were just missing a better area somehow.

When we did find a place to sit, it was fine, but I do wish there had been more space to rest for a few minutes. Still a nice visit, just something that stood out to me.

We booked a birthday party here i kinda wish we hadn’t. The whole thing felt really rushed, like we were just being pushed through. The staff seemed annoyed anytime we asked basic questions, which made it awkward. The kids had barely even settled in before we were already being moved along to the next thing. For what we paid, I expected a much better experiance. Instead it just made the day feel more stressful than fun. I wouldnt book a party here again

Finding parking was a bit of a pain, haha. It took longer than expected and made the whole trip more annoying than it needed to be.

I stopped in expecting to find some fun toys or cute little gifts, but it was disappointing. There just wasn’t much that stood out?? Most of the stuff felt kind of boring, and the prices seemed way too high for what they were.

we went mainly for the play experiences, but i left annoyed. a lot of the interactive games were either super slow, way too crowded, or just not working like they should. the kids got bored a lot faster than I thought they would. staff was around, but they didn’t really step in or help much. for the price, I expected it to be way more fun

The museum itself was a good time. Kids had fun, lots to look at, no complaints there. But the food... kind of just okay. Basic options, and more expensive than I expected. It worked in the moment, especially with kids, but next time I’d probably grab something before going in.

I really wish we had known how limited the restrooms would be before going. They were hard to find, and once we did find one, the lines were frustrating, especially with kids. It felt like we spent way too much of our visit trying to track down a bathroom instead of actually enjoying the place. i left regretting that we didn’t plan better or maybe choose a less busy day, because it made the whole trip feel more stressful than it needed to be.

I reached out because I needed some help, but it felt like I was just brushed off. Maybe they were busy or maybe I caught them at a bad time, but from my side, it didn’t feel like they were interested in actually resolving anything. I left feeling disappointed.

I’ll just start with the ending: I probably wouldn’t plan a return trip. The museum itself might be perfectly nice, but getting there was such a hassle for me. It felt too far out of the way, and between the traffic and parking situation, I was already annoyed before even going in. If you’re already nearby, maybe it’s worth checking out, but I wouldn’t make a special trip for it.

I tried buying tickets on Museum of Play and the whole thing was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The site kept freezing right when I got to checkout, and I ended up having to start over twice.

When the payment finally seemed to go through, I didn’t get an email right away, so I was just sitting there wondering if I actually had tickets or not. It really left me in the dark, which is not ideal when you’re trying to plan a day out with kids.
The museum itself might be amazing, but the online ticketing experience was a mess for me. Next time I’d probably skip the website and just buy tickets at the door

The tickets felt way too expensive for how short the visit ended up being. They dress it up with all the nice-sounding marketing talk, but once you’re actually there, it just doesn’t feel like you’re getting much for the price.

I felt kind of trapped the whole time. The programs seemed rushed, nothing felt well planned, and it was like we were just being moved from one thing to the next without any real flow. I kept hoping it would get better, but it just felt messy and stressful.

Went with the kids and it was kind of a mess. There wasn’t really any easy spot to park the stroller, and the coat storage situation felt useless. We ended up dragging our stuff around most of the day, which got old fast.

The ramps and elevators definitely helped, so that was cool. But a few spots were still kinda tricky to get around, which was a bit of a bummer.

There were definitely a few parts of the museum I enjoyed, and some of the exhibits were genuinely interesting. That said, the layout was kind of a headache. The signs didn’t help much, and we kept somehow ending up back in the same halls. Half the time we weren’t even sure what floor or section we were in. It’s worth a visit if you’re patient, but I left feeling more annoyed than I expected.

The visit was disappointing. The bathrooms were gross, and a lot of the exhibits looked worn down like they hadn’t been maintained in a while. I also felt kind of passed around when trying to get help, which made the whole experience even more frustrating...

I remember trying to plan our visit and feeling frustrated by the hours. Since we were coming from out of town, it didn’t leave us much room to make the trip feel relaxed. The closing time felt earlier than I expected, and I just remember feeling like we had to rush through everything. I wish the hours were a little clearer and more family-friendly.

I took my kid to one of their educational programs and left disappointed. Everything felt rushed and kind of thrown together, like the kids were just being shuffled from one activity to the next without really learning much. The staff were nice, so I’ll give them that, but for the price and all the hype around it, I kept thinking, how is this okay? I expected something way more organized and meaningful.

I felt safe overall, but at the same time the security checks seemed a little too relaxed. It was reassuring in some ways, though I also kept wondering if they should’ve been a bit more thorough.

I took my kids here expecting a simple, fun day out, but it ended up being more stressful than I wanted. I felt like I was constantly trying to figure things out on my own, and a few areas were so crowded that it was hard for me to actually relax and enjoy the time with them. When I asked staff basic questions, I didn’t feel like they were very helpful either. For what I paid, I really expected it to be set up better for families like mine.
